The hotel had a great location near rail tracks and in a beautiful Tarai area. Cleanliness was impeccable, and facilities like breakfast and staff service were superb.

What an amazing stay! The hotel is situated in a great location, close to the railway tracks and in a good area. The rooms are well-maintained and have all the necessary facilities, including prompt room service. The complimentary breakfast offered was good quality. , the staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable, creating a memorable experience. Lastly, I can't forget the beautiful view from the hotel's poolside.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with fresh and clean bed linens. The staff was kind and responsible, always taking care of our needs. We were impressed by the amenities provided in the room, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The sitting area and dining table added a touch of luxury to our stay. The hotel also offered free toiletries and a dryer, which were very convenient. Additionally, the television, AM/FM alarm clock, and telephone in the room ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were also pleased with the carpeted floor, as it added a cozy feel to the room. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were great places to relax and enjoy a meal or a drink. The staff, especially Mr Rahul Saxena, the sales and marketing manager, went above and beyond to make our reservation and ensure our needs were met. The leisure spa and wellness centre, sauna, Turkish bath, and aqua park provided a range of options for relaxation and enjoyment. The garden area was a peaceful oasis, perfect for unwinding. The facilities offered here were top-notch, including Wi-Fi, valet parking, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge area. We were thoroughly impressed with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Great experience, location was ideal as very close to the highway and made commuting easy. The staff was very cooperative and provided top-notch service. The rooms were very clean and had a great ambiance. The restaurant provided delicious food that gave us a taste of the local cuisine.

We experienced a small inconvenience with the noise level in our room. , the curtains did not provide enough darkness, making it difficult to sleep in the morning.
